Shipping Policy
The Black Cat Shoppe (BCS) ships
most everyday Monday through Friday with USPS Media Mail, USPS
Priority Mail or UPS Ground. The shipping method is determined
by BCS and based on items ordered. BCS does not ship on national
holidays or on days when the post office is closed. We are also
closed on all major holidays. Once an order is placed your
package will ship within 2-4 business days and you will receive
your order within 2-5 days. If you need your order by a certain
day, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate
you. We cannot be responsible for incomplete or partial
addresses resulting in a package being returned to us.
For any orders placed to be shipped
out of the continental US you will be contacted with your
shipping fee and an invoice for this fee will be emailed to you.
Your order will be shipped upon payment of this shipping fee.
Please note that buyer is responsible for any custom's fees
required by your country of origin.
At certain times of the year, on very rare occasions, stock of
our most popular items may suddenly be depleted. In this case we
will ship the items we have in inventory and automatically
backorder the remainder of your order. You will be notified
should this happen and have the option of a refund for
unavailable items or to have them shipped within 2 days of when
they are back in stock.

Returns & Exchanges
To return or exchange items please
call us at 910-251-6663. All pre-packaged items must be
unopened.
International Duties/Taxes
Due to the fluctuating nature of
duties and taxes imposed on packages shipped internationally you
must contact us for shipping rates outside of the continental
US.
